House performance is a function of the outside environment, the building envelope and the mechanical system. Each DAC house is designed as a system taking each of these factors into consideration for maximum energy-efficiency, technical performance and ease of on-site erection.

Our design team – comprised entirely of graduate architects, engineers, architectural technologists and technicians – can pre-engineer virtually any home design. We pride ourselves on being able to manage a level of design complexity and detail not normally seen in factory-built homes. We can transform your design vision and conceptual sketches into a set of detailed working drawings that can be used at all stages of the permitting and construction process.
